Q24 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but customers from Saudi Arabia ,UAE and India should be advised that local customs take a long time to forward orders on .We advise customers from these countries not to order using the ‘Free Shipping ‘ option but use ‘DHL/FEDEX’ option instead.

Q25 What do you charge for shipping and processing?

All BrainSmart Products are free posted anywhere in the world at no extra cost.

Q26 How long before my order arrives?

Most international orders are delivered within 4-7 days. Please note: Customs clearance may delay the delivery of your order by up to an additional two weeks depending on your country.

Q27 What happens if my order does not clear customs?

If you provide us with the appropriate documentation from your Customs Department, we will refund your purchase, less a restocking fee plus any expedited shipping services, if any. Or, at your request, we will re-ship your order, but we must charge shipping and processing again. If we re-ship your order and it again does not clear customs, we will refund your purchase less the restocking fee as described above. Sorry, but we cannot ship a third time.
